Natural Stone Stairs

Stone steps are traditionally one of the most difficult things to construct. Careful thought has to go into understanding where you are beginning from and where you would like to get to. This is rendered more difficult when using stone that does not all come dimensionally equal and also when curving the stairs.

Our Experience

Stone steps should be both beautiful and stable. With proper construction this stability should be maintained over many years as the steps age.

At Land and stone we have built hundreds of stairs over the years using all forms of stone and various styles. Some are large slabs and others constructed out of various pieces of stone that are either brought in or found on site.
